Non-Executive Director

Alan brings extensive knowledge of Non-Life insurance and Reinsurance underwriting and Specialty Lines classes of business. Alan has substantial industry experience gained from Lloyd’s, US, London and European company markets. He has held positions as CEO and CUO and has 20 years of regulated board experience. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Alan is currently the Senior INED at Oneglobal Insurance Brokers Ltd., Chair of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. He was formerly the Chair of the Risk Committee at Thomas Miller Holdings Ltd from 2015-2021 and Chair of the Risk Framework and Compliance Committee of Argenta Syndicate Management Ltd. from 2017-2022.

Alan is the Chair of Dale Managing Agency Risk Committee and is also a member of the Board Audit Committee and the Board Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
