Non-Executive Director

Heather has more than 20 years of experience in contributing to businesses of various sizes, specialising in the transformation and development of Finance functions to reach their full potential.

Heather has held positions as CFO and Executive Director in the non-life insurance sector and has recently switched to a non-executive career. She is a non-executive director at Antares Syndicate Management Limited and a trustee and treasurer at RedR UK, a charitable organisation.

Heather is Chair of the Dale Managing Agency Audit Committee and is a member of the Board Risk Committee.
