Jono started in Insurance in 2007 as a school leaver, working as a Statistician at Bell & Clements, before spending time in Exposure Management at Novae and as an analyst in the Property underwriting team at Ironshore. In 2016 he joined Agora as the 6th member of staff with responsibility for building out the BI, MI/Reporting and Exposure Management functions from the ground up.
