Matthew joined Dale Underwriting Partners in October 2022. He previously served at MS Amlin for 24 years, where the majority of his time was spent in the Reinsurance team, ultimately becoming Head of Marine & Energy R/I in 2017. He was also a member of MS Amlin’s Executive Underwriting Committee for Reinsurance.

Matthew has extensive experience of Underwriting a Worldwide portfolio with particular focus on London, US, Middle East, Japan, Australasia and Latin America. He is ACII qualified and a Chartered Insurer.

Matthew is married with two young children and is a keen follower of most sports, particularly football and golf.
