Chief Risk Officer

Neil joined Dale Underwriting Partners in March 2023.

Neil started his financial services career at Lloyds Bank before joining the Deloitte Financial Services Advisory practice where he spent nine years working on Risk Management and Regulatory projects including Basel II, Solvency II, Internal Audit, Control Frameworks and Regulatory Change. Neil later joined Lloyd’s as Senior Manager in Risk Management, leading the Risk Assurance, Risk Management and Governance Oversight teams.

Prior to joining Dale, Neil was Chief Risk Officer at Asta Managing Agency and was responsible for the Compliance and Risk Management teams.
